More information on this process can be viewed in our “Insights” page.
Can FrucMalEase help me?
YES.
A scientific double blind study conducted in 2012 by Sciotec Diagnostic Technologies, Austria. Found that an orally administered dose of 43.12mg Xylose Isomerase significantly improved symptoms (nausea and abdominal pain) in 84% of patients that ingested 25g fructose.
How many capsules of FrucMalEase should I take?
As the body’s capacity to take up fructose in the small intestine differs from one individual to another, we recommend 1 to 3 capsules of FrucMalEase approximately 5 minutes before consuming food and drink that contain fructose. This will vary depending on the individual’s sensitivity to fructose, and the amount of fructose contained in the food and drink being consumed. For those who are just beginning to use FrucMalEase, try starting with 1 capsule and adjust according to your individual needs and food choices. It's also important to ingest the capsules with a cold liquid, (Xylose Isomerase stops working at temperatures over 60°C).
Why buy FrucMalEase?
Apart from our fantastic price point, our product per capsule contains 75mg of Xylose Isomerase, making it the highest quantity on the market. The majority of comparable products currently available offer less than half that dose per capsule.
Can I take FrucMalEase like a vitamin?
NO, Xylose Isomerase remains active in the body for about 45 minutes after consumption. It can only convert fructose to glucose that is present in the small intestine during this time. FrucMalEase must be taken immediately before, or during, consuming food containing fructose to have any benefit.
Does FrucMalEase help with Fructan Intolerance?
NO, Xylose Isomerase helps to digest fructose not fructan.
FrucMal+ is designed to help with fructan intolerance as well as fructose malabsorption.
