How to complete exchanges
You are welcome to exchange your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be able to exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a email receipt or the paper receipt you would have received with your product.
Post your original order back unopened/undamaged to our Melbourne address, (our Customer Care team will provide you with our return address). You will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item/s, we'll dispatch your new order within 48 hours and update you with a new postal tracking number.
How to complete returns/refunds
To be able to return a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a email receipt or the paper receipt you would have received with your product.
Post your original order back to our Melbourne address, (our Customer Care team will provide you with our return address). You will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item/s, we'll process your refund within 24 hours and updated you once the process has been completed at our end.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank/payment merchant may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
Made a mistake when ordering
Hey we are only human after all. In most cases we can correct those mistakes, simply contact our Customer Care team promptly and we will update your order before shipping out.
